At Coverner India, we are committed to providing a seamless shopping experience by offering free shipping on all orders, with shipping charges included in the product prices.


Order Processing Time

We strive to process and dispatch all orders within 1 business day from the date of order placement.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.


Estimated Delivery Time

The delivery time depends on the location of the recipient:

Within Karnataka: Delivery within 2 working days.

Other Southern States (Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Kerala, etc.): Estimated delivery within 3 working days.

All Other States in India: Estimated delivery within 4-5 working days.


Please note that these are estimated delivery timelines. In rare cases, unexpected delays due to weather conditions, courier service disruptions, or other external factors beyond our control may occur.


Shipping Partners

We partner with trusted courier services to ensure timely and safe delivery. A tracking link will be provided via email/SMS once your order has been dispatched.


Delivery Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, certain factors such as natural calamities, strikes, public holidays, or logistics issues may cause unforeseen delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.


Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can use this link to track your shipment in real-time.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping details. If an incorrect address is provided, we are not liable for delivery failures. If the package is returned due to an incorrect address, re-shipping charges (if applicable) will be borne by the customer.


Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged package and product.

In case of a lost shipment, we will assist you in resolving the issue with our courier partners and, if necessary, issue a replacement or refund as per our refund policy.
